In addition to the five running intensity levels of the Personalized Health Pricing Zone, new Aerobic threshold (AT) / Anaerobic threshold (AnT) Heart rate zone5 Metrics support efficient operation while quickly analyzing performance. Additionally, cyclists can easily calculate Functional Threshold Power (FTP) metrics in just 10 minutes6 and train like a pro using a personalized power index based on AI data analysis to maximize performance. Fitness tracking tools also help you track your workouts and progress with more convenience. With new Exercise routine, combine various exercises for a personalized workout and seamlessly move on to the next exercise without stopping. Stay motivated and track your progress when running or cycling using Race,7 which compares current and past performance on the same routes.

6 To measure a custom FTP, the Galaxy smartphone must be connected to a power meter. In order to calculate a more accurate FTP, it is necessary to connect the Galaxy Watch to a smartphone. FTP is calculated automatically when cycling at a medium to high intensity level for more than 4 minutes with the Cycling Power Meter attached to your bike. Using machine learning, the more users ride repeatedly, the more accurately and customizably FTP values will be calculated. The cycling power meter is sold separately. Traditional FTP scan time on professional hardware can be up to 1 hour on average.
7 The race is only available for outdoor running and cycling. For comparative measurements, it is necessary to run the same path as the pre-generated path. Users can compare by selecting one of the records over a period of up to 14 days. Comparison of records throughout the race is only available when starting from the same location as the previous record start point.
