To kick off the Diablo IV celebrations, claim a free cosmetic gift from the Diablo IV store June 6 – June 12. Have no fear, for you will have until June 20 to claim all these gifts.
But there’s more than just free gifts! Diablo IV Birthday Celebrations include multiple ways to increase the fun of your treasures.
Part 1 – Goblin March
There are rumors that Treasure Goblins have increased in the area. They have been worked on with fervor, as it seems they are accumulating and dropping even more than usual!
From June 6-June 13, increased Treasure Goblin activity will be present throughout Sanctuary, with Horadric scholars predicting that the contents of their greed-filled sacks will be richer than ever. Locals predict that Shrines of Greed will appear with increasing frequency, strengthening the wealth of these crafty goblins. Even stranger, in dungeons, goblins are supposed to appear in pairs… with some stories insisting there would be an even larger group of them.
Part 2—The Mother’s Blessing: Anniversary Edition
For the second part of Diablo’s birthday, our Blessed Mother celebrates one year since her fateful return to the Sanctuary! During this anniversary edition of Mother’s Blessing, earn Experience at 25% and Gold at a rate increased by 50% (multiplicative). This Mother’s Blessing anniversary celebration will last for 10 days in total!
Lilith blesses all of her children, as this bonus applies to both seasonal and eternal realms, as well as all world levels. This bonus also stacks, so pair it with Elixirs and the Urn of Aggression to maximize your experience gains from killing monsters. Use this limited-time boost to climb the Battle Pass ladder, climb to Higher Tiers and World Tiers with lightning speed, complete your seasonal journey, and advance multiple characters to their maximum potential.

Goblin March: Birthday Celebrations in Diablo Immortal
It’s a hell of a time to celebrate our anniversary, wanderer.
From June 6 to June 20, 3 a.m. local server time, have fun as Diablo Immortal turns two years old! Thank you for sharing this journey with us throughout these two years, and for all the journeys yet to come.
Something strange is stirring within Sanctuary. Horadric mages have studied portals that seem to open time and space themselves, with unforeseen threats terrorizing the townsfolk….

During our anniversary celebrations, you’ll be able to loot treasures in the Trial of Plunder and battle Diablo IV’s infamous Greed in the Gold-Cursed Goliath boss fight.
Log in during our celebrations to claim an illustrious Cycle Passing Frame avatar cosmetic, available at any time during the anniversary celebrations.
Goblin March
Throughout Sanctuary, treasure goblins have become restless, multiplying and rushing around with overflowing sacks of wealth. From June 6 to June 20, at 3 a.m. server time, earn untold riches by killing these golden gremlins.
Participation in birthday events counts towards completing weekly tasks. Complete them to earn crafting materials, gold, legendary items, the Glorious Dawn Portal cosmetic, and Battle Pass progression. Anniversary events will also net you the Glorious Dawn Portal cosmetic and the special anniversary avatar frame, both of which are only available during the anniversary!
Completing enough tasks grants you the following rewards:
- 3 tasks – 3 linked legendary badges
- 9 tasks – 1 rare gem and a familiar contract
- 15 Tasks – 7 Rare Crests and the Glorious Dawn Portal
5 Star Stormvault Legendary Gem Gift
Celebrations of the highest level are being held for this second anniversary, and what better way to celebrate than with a new legendary gem, shrouded in mystery and announced for the introduction in our next major update. From June 13 to 20, claim a brand new Grade 2 5-star Stormvault Legendary Gem as a gift to celebrate Diablo Immortal’s anniversary.
This illustrious gem is yours until June 20!
Goliath cursed by gold
Diablo IV’s fearsome Avarice the Cursed Gold has entered the fray! Wielding a massive mallet and crushing a chest full of gold, Avarice will destroy anyone foolish enough to attempt to steal his riches. Greed’s every move is powerful and devastating. Avoid violent hits and avoid rocks thrown from afar, which explode in a pool of vomit that will slow your movement. Defeating Greed for the first time on this day will grant 1 legendary item and have a chance to drop normal gems.
The Golden Cursed will not be easily felled in his rampage. Participating in the Trial of Looting has a chance to net you a Gold-Cursed Portal, which can be used to summon a portal that immediately teleports you to Greed. There is also a chance to encounter a random gold-cursed portal in the wild, teleporting you directly to kill this greedy monster.

In this expanded version of Trial of the Hordes, slaying hell’s demons with unwavering dedication just got more chaotic: Treasure Goblins now appear randomly throughout your game, dropping their treasures! Treasure Goblins will count as typical monster kills, so chase down these greedy demons and kill them to emerge victorious.
Goblin Plunder
Faster than a Khazra shears a sheep, untold riches flow into the earth with unspeakable fervor. From June 6 to 13, at 3 a.m. local server time, for the first time ever, it will last 36 full hourswhere you will get 200% rewards on the following gameplay:
- Horadric bestiary
- Helliquary Raids
- Challenge the flaws
- Bonuses
- Ancestral faults
- Fishing
- Cyrangar Castle
- Monster kills
- Battle Pass Points from Codex Tasks
Note that the buff will be active for 36 hours of play, it is only active when you are online!
Additionally, in Goblin’s Plunder you will have the option to activate two Mirror Jewels available when you run Elder Rifts, earning you double the Legendary Gems, twice! If you activate Mirror Jewels before starting an Elder Rift run, for that run only, each Legendary Gem you receive as a reward will come with an additional random Legendary Gem of the same random type and quality. The chance of receiving Ancient Rift Legendary Gems remains the same and we encourage players to activate Mirror Gems during runs using 10 Legendary Badges to maximize their chances.

Bard Birthday Celebrations
A celebration of the ages isn’t complete without a song to mark the occasion. From June 6 to June 20, Bard contract holders will be able to summon their gentle companion to fill the air with a joyful melody. Check your inbox messages if you can’t find your trusty musician.
For residents of Westmarch, there will also be a bard playing music at different locations around town; join the crowd to soak up the joyful song.
Prophet’s Progeny Ghost Market
Angels of the High Heavens, hear your cries – and judge them accordingly. Soar on ethereal wings with our new ghost market From June 13 at 3 a.m. to July 11, 2024 at 3 a.m. server time. Clothing fit only for the Angel Inarius has arrived in Diablo Immortal! This ghost market provides the most illuminating armor for your bespectacled adventurer.
The cosmetic set includes celestial wings that are affected by the power of your resonance level.
Leave your enemies in a streak of ethereal light using the Prophet’s Progeny Kill Streak visual effect and illuminate your character with the Prophet’s Progeny Kill Streak. Both cosmetic effects will be yours when acquiring the Progeny of the Prophet cosmetic set and can be worn with other cosmetics. The illustrious visual effect and Aura will be usable for 30 days after initial acquisition. Future Ghost Markets will contain new ephemeral treasures, so keep an eye out for these bonuses.
Since Ghost Market items are acquired randomly through draws, we want to provide initial draw rates for each item to help you decide if you want to participate in the event after your first free draw.
