Millionaire brothers of real estate agents hit by new complaints of “gang rape”

More macabre allegations were made Tuesday against a trio of luxury real estate agent brothers, including one who brokered the world’s most expensive residential deal for Ken Griffin in 2019.

In an explosive Manhattan lawsuit, a woman claims she was raped by Tal and Alon Alexander in 2012 “as part of a coordinated sexual assault that was planned and facilitated” by their other brother, Oren, who allegedly sat next door and would have looked.

While several women have sued Alon and Oren Alexander for sexual assault, and more than 30 women have reportedly come forward, Angelica Parker’s lawsuit filed Tuesday is the first to name each of the three brothers.

“Today’s trial is intended to send the message that the law applies even to very wealthy and well-connected people, including the Alexanders,” Parker’s attorney, Michael Willemin, said in a statement to the Daily Beast. “We applaud Angelica’s courage in coming forward, as we are confident the Alexanders will assemble an army of PR reps and private investigators to launch a campaign to shame the victims.”

The lawsuit, however, is not the only allegation revealed Tuesday against twins Alon and Oren Alexander. Other allegations, dating back two decades, also emerged in a report from the The Wall Street Journalpublished a week after Alexandre, 37, stepped down from the real estate company he co-founded following two lawsuits accusing him of “heinous” acts of sexual assault that were “atrocious and intolerable in a civilized society “.

A source close to Parker’s legal team told The Daily Beast that Tal allegedly sent an email to his colleagues on Sunday saying, “I have no doubt that given my close relationship with my brothers, at some point given, one or more lawyers will soon attempt to do so. to lump myself in with the allegations against Alon and Oren.

“When he made this statement, Tal already knew that Ms. Parker intended to file suit, and his statement was nothing more than a public relations stunt intended to ‘preempt’ today’s filing ” the source said.

In a statement to The Daily Beast in response to Parker’s lawsuit, a spokesperson for Tal Alexander said, “It is unfortunate but entirely right that shakedown artists are aligning themselves given the allegations against Tal’s brothers.” »

“However, Tal has done absolutely nothing wrong, and anyone hoping to peddle outrageous lies in the hope of a quick payday is going to find themselves disappointed,” the spokesperson added.

The lawsuit alleges that Parker first met Oren Alexander in 2012 and had a brief relationship. One fall evening, in Oren’s New York apartment, Oren and Alon allegedly asked Parker and her friend if they wanted to take ecstasy. When they refused, Alon made the women drink before “starting hitting” Parker’s friend and “groping” her, the lawsuit says.

Uncomfortable, the friend reportedly left the apartment, but remained in the building’s stairwell before becoming concerned for Parker’s safety. Inside the apartment, however, the lawsuit says Parker was raped by Alon and Tal Alexander “despite her very clear verbal protests.” Afterward, the lawsuit said Parker managed to leave the apartment.

“In the years following the rape, Ms. Parker met the Alexander brothers often, as they had many mutual friends and acquaintances,” the lawsuit states. “During this period, the Alexander brothers made various defamatory statements about Ms. Parker, gratuitously telling her friends that they had had sex with her, without of course explaining that the entire event was an orchestrated gang rape .”

The lawsuit says that years later, Tal “barged” into Parker’s house while she was alone in a guest bedroom of another house and tried to assault her, but she managed to yell at him and he would have given in.

“Tal created a nickname for Ms. Parker, the ‘King Rat,’ because she got him kicked out of the house that night,” the lawsuit adds.

Parker’s abuse allegations mirror the five women who spoke to the Newspaper, with some alleging that Oren Alexander’s history of sexual assault dates back to high school. In one of the most recent incidents, an aspiring model said she was raped by Oren Alexander in his New York apartment in 2017 after he asked her to put on virtual reality glasses.

The woman, who has not been named, said she put the glasses on and her dress was “ripped off” shortly after. Partially incapacitated because of the glasses, she alleged that Oren Alexander began raping her despite her “crying and pleading to stop.”

Another woman who spoke to Newspaper identified herself as a Miami real estate agent who worked in the same posh circles as Oren and Alon Alexander.

This real estate agent told the newspaper that she was hanging out with Oren Alexander at a Miami nightclub in 2017, the night of her alleged assault. She said she went to his house later that evening, where she accepted a drink he served her.

Shortly afterward, the woman said she and Oren Alexander became consensually intimate, but when they began moving into the bedroom, she recalled that she began to feel sick. As the room spun and her vision blurred, she said she told Oren Alexander she didn’t want to have sex and wanted to sleep without alcohol.

The woman, however, said that Oren Alexander could not stand this, telling the Newspaper that he instead pushed himself on top of her and raped her. She said she did not tell police about the incident because she feared they would not believe her since she had voluntarily gone home with Oren Alexander.

A third woman who spoke to Newspaper alleged that she was raped by Oren Alexander 20 years ago, when they were both in high school. The woman said she and other girls were invited to Oren Alexander’s house for a party, but when they arrived, only five people were there: three Alexander brothers and two of their friends.

The woman, who spoke anonymously to the newspaper, said the brothers gave each of the girls alcohol and separated them from each other before raping them.

These accounts add to the already shocking number of rape allegations that Alexander despises. Over the weekend, an insider claimed to Page six that Alexander would take cocaine with him to parties to give to women before trying to take them to bed.

The sexual assault lawsuits against Alexander and his brother alleged a similar pattern to the one described by the insider. One of these women claimed that in 2010, when she was 18, the brothers spiked her drink before taking her home and raping her.

Oren Alexander has vehemently denied any wrongdoing, dismissing the lawsuits filed against him as nothing more than “baseless civil allegations.”

“I am confident that through review of extensive evidence, including text messages and other communications, the truth will be revealed,” he wrote in a statement on Instagram last week.

When contacted by the Newspaper With a slew of new allegations, the newspaper reported that Isabelle Kirshner, attorney for the Alexander brothers, declined to comment. Instead, she reportedly shared a statement about the legal action they are facing.

“Our preliminary investigation into the allegations has revealed clear and compelling evidence that vindicates the Alexanders, and which we look forward to presenting in court,” she wrote. She did not immediately respond to a request for comment from The Daily Beast.
